  4. Motor – Fix leaks. Threads in heads.
  5. Headers – Remove pipes and coat. Remove lake pipes.
  6. Transmission – Send out for testing. Seal and clean.
  7. Clutch – Replace Clutch (McLeod Racing), Resurface Flywheel.
    Fix shifter handle position.
  8. Third Member – Fix leaks. Repaint.
  9. Gear Vendors Under/Overdrive – Manual 4-Speed Toploader 14.0” Tailhousing
  10. Undercarriage – Check all nuts and bolts underneath. Replace all rubber, bushings, seals, etc. Replace anything that looks like it needs replacing (within reason) – make it look new again!
  11. Rack and Pinion – Rebuild
  12. Coilovers – Refresh Aldan American Coilovers
  13. Brakes – Wilwood Engineering 11” discs in front with polished calipers. Ford Excursion axle and 11” discs in rear. Verify, inspect, status of rotors and pads (turn/replace).
  14. Check Emergency Brake System – The pedal doesn’t feel stiff enough and seems to go all the way to the floor. According to the documentation, it’s a custom ebrake system.
  15. Fuel Tank/Cap – Remove and clean. Replace fuel pump and all fuel lines, connectors, etc. Leave nothing untouched here. Replace fuel cap with ventilated type.
  16. New Wheels (https://thewheelsmith.net/) – Powder Coat then PPG Mandarin Copper paint. Rechrome (Show) 1957 Cadillac wheel covers.
  17. Tires/Alignment – P205/75x15 Options

    • BF Goodrich (S Rating, 112 MPH)
      $307.00 x 4 = $1,228.00 ($347.53 x 4 = $1,390.12)
      Verify Tire Date Codes Before Ordering

    Important Note: Tires MUST have a speed rating of “S” (112 MPH) or greater, this eliminates Coker Classics as their tires are “P” (93 MPH) rated.

    Prefer tape weights placed on inside of wheel.

  19. Engine Box – Fabricate covers for two (2) open areas left and right. Bulkhead connections? Replace all black rubber hoses with stainless steel braided hoses. Remove and repaint engine box panel with peeling paint?
  20. Hood – Make hood release. (Cancelled)
  21. Electrical – Fix electrical draw.
  22. Check Driver’s Seat Motor – It doesn’t seem to move any more forward than it is. It didn’t sound too good when attempting to adjust, it groaned a bit. May need replacing.
  23. Right Passenger Door Mirror – The mirror appears to be as far inward as it will go. Unfortunately it’s not even close to showing any part of the vehicle rear.
  24. Wiper Arms – Take them off and put on Billet Specialties Windshield Wiper Post Covers.
  25. Security – Door lock solenoids. (Cancelled)
  26. Emergency Spare Tire
  27. Complete Detail – Exterior (Ceramic), Interior, Engine, Undercarriage.
  28. Header Wrap – DEI Titanium Exhaust and Header Wrap Kits 10095
  29. Rear End – Convert from 3.50 to 4.11 gearing.
  30. Passenger Door – Sticking and not closing all the way. There is a .125 gap when closed.
  31. Cleanup Old Intake and Carbs – Clean Blue Thunder Intake and Holley Carburetors. Install 2 new white air filters. After cleaning, take pictures for the C8DENCE portfolio.
